As the Romance Writers of Australia conference draws near, those of us not attending look forward instead to the online Claytons conference!
We've got some fantastic presenters including editors from Ellora's Cave and Samhain, authors such as Tracey O'hara, Eleni Konstantine, Diane Gaston, Michelle Diener, Anna Hackett, Erica Hayes, Natalie Anderson, Sami Lee and Darlene Gardener (phew!!) - and some great writing challenges which include blurbs, synopsis' and short stories. (I'll be looking after the blurbs and short story crits)
This will be an amazing online experience for any RWAus member who wants to participate, and one that *almost* makes up for not attending the real conference. There are lots of cool book prizes, and it will be FUN!!! (And did I mention it's FREE!)
I'm really looking forward to meeting the 50 odd participants =))

Last year was my first Claytons and I enjoyed it so much. Loved the writing exercises. By the end of the weekend I was exhausted. And the prizes were fantastic!

I missed the first Claytons, but I did end up joining the claytons online crit group for a few years, was even moderator for a while. Great stuff!
